Innovation Starts at Home
Houston, Texas is home to one of the most culturally diverse populations in america, comprised of creative thinkers and doers, culinary masterminds, scientists, engineers and medical laureates, wrapped up in a community of arts & culture, with a theater district ranked second in the nation.
At the intersection of world renowned space exploration, medical research, and the energy capital of the world, it's no surprise you'll find us headquartered centrally in this city otherwise known as hustle-town. We're honored to be designing, building and connecting brands from within an epicenter of startup culture and innovation.
If you're an entrepreneur or an organization with an eye on improving lives, we want to hear from you.
Getting involved with Houston
Through our collective experiences with designing and building brands, it's a core value that we continue learning and growing outside of work by sharing and participating within our local communities. Below are a few of the Houston organizations and initiatives we are proud to be a part of.
Houston, we have a community
Houston Arts Alliance (HAA) is a public-private initiative that invests in Houston’s arts and cultural sector to elevate quality of life through arts and culture. We're honored to spend a portion of our time on initiatives that help fulfill this mission.
Fresharts is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to strengthening the sustainability and vibrancy of Houston's arts sector by bolstering the capacity and professional practice of artists and arts organizations and enhancing the public's engagement with the arts. Through donations and partnerships, we're proud to support this amazing organization.

Houston Data Visualization is a monthly meetup hosted by Micah Stubbs and Javier Fadul, that provides an avenue to explore tools and inspiration, and educate within the field of information design for Houston.
CreativeMornings Houston is a breakfast lecture series for the creative community, started in NYC by Tina Roth Eisenberg. Culture Pilot has been a proud supporter from the start of the Houston chapter, and we love to sponsor or volunteer a bit of time whenever possible to help with this inspiring event.
What does it mean to be a cloud based agency?
It means pajamas and yoga pants. ALL the time. Not exactly.
For us, operating in the cloud means having the systems and tools in place to work as hard as possible, from anywhere necessary. It means spending more investment on our work and less investment on our office space. It means efficiency. It means productivity. It means solid communication. And as active participants of Houston's co-working community, it means we can continue highlighting the many great places our city is creating for innovation and collaboration.
“Remote work is here, and it’s here to stay. The only question is whether you’ll be part of the early adopters, the early majority, the late majority or the laggards. The ship carrying the innovators has already sailed, but there are still plenty of vessels for the early adopters.” – Jason Fried (37signals) points out in his latest book.
Those that know Culture Pilot well, know we strive to stay ahead of the curve. We’re here to Accelerate Design and Marketing Culture. Here. There. Houston. Everywhere. Welcome aboard.
